Project management expertise can be offered in many different combinations and degrees of ultimate responsibility. We do however view the service as an essential part of the delivery process and seek to have a collaborative relationship with our clients whichever level of support is required.
As Project manager we act for the client using the RIBA Plan of Work Stages 0-7 ensuring the protocols of Cost planning, Tendor administration, Building Control, HSE requirements and Procurement are undertaken within RICS guidelines and current legislation prior to work commencing.
A combination of Supervising Architect or Architect of Record in combination with a client’s own Project Manager or Quantity surveyor provides an alternative methodology.
Much depends on the scope of the project and in its simplest form we work with you the client to provide technical assistance and oversight.
Our local knowledge of processes and procurement routes together with experience of working with the best teams provides another element of our integrated service approach which relieves you the client of sourcing and managing your projects delivery and we hope “peace of mind”.
